1. Acceptance and eligibility

By registering, purchasing, or using PokerHUD, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Nature of the service

PokerHUD is a player-data, notes, tags, and strategy-reference tool. It does not provide gambling services, replace your judgment, or guarantee profit or results. Names of supported platforms describe compatibility and do not imply endorsement.

3. Accounts

Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and take responsibility for account activity. Report unauthorized use through Support. Accounts may not be sold, rented, or used to bypass device, membership, or security limits.

4. Memberships and payments

Price, duration, renewal, and refund terms shown at purchase apply. Digital memberships in the Google Play edition use Google Play Billing and Google Play cancellation and refund rules; the direct edition uses the provider identified at checkout. Deleting an account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the service unlawfully, infringe rights, distribute malware, attack or disrupt the service, abuse APIs through automation, or bypass payment or security controls. We may impose reasonable limits for security, compliance, or stability.

6. Intellectual property and availability

PokerHUD software, branding, and built-in content belong to the developer or licensors. You retain rights in data you enter. The service may be updated, interrupted, or changed and is provided “as is” while we use reasonable efforts to maintain it.

7. Liability and termination

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for poker-platform enforcement, indirect loss, lost profits, or consequences of improper use. You may stop and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate for material breach, security risk, or legal requirements.
